Paschal Donohoe T.D. is Ireland’s Minister for Finance, re-appointed in January 2025, and serves as Ireland’s Governor at the IMF and World Bank. He is also President of the Eurogroup of eurozone finance ministers, a role he has held since 2020, and Chair of the European Stability Mechanism’s Board of Governors. Previously, he served as Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform (2016–2020, 2022–2025) and Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport (2014–2016).
