The Fifth Court is Ireland's leading legal affairs podcast, hosted by barristers Mark Tottenham and Peter Leonard. With their relaxed presentation, they make legal issues interesting to lawyers and non-lawyers alike. They discuss historic and current cases, as well as having a stellar list of former interviewees. They won Podcast of the Year in 2024, thanks to the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. Peter and Mark had previously won Podcast of the Year at the Law Society's Law and Media Awards. They have performed live at a number of events, including the Electric Picnic and the Solicitors Growth Summit. They are due to perform at the Allingham Arts Festival in November as well as at Kilkenomics.
